Priscilla Bowens, DVM, MPH
Speaker Bio:
Priscilla Bowens is an associate in the Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice Group in the Dallas office of Haynes and Boone.
Priscilla advises and counsels healthcare providers and food, cosmetic, and medical device companies on how best to meet their business goals and manage the increasingly complex regulatory and compliance environment in the healthcare and food and drug industry.
Priscilla is also a licensed Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, having successfully practiced in the areas of emergency medicine and general medicine and surgery for several years. Additionally, she interned at Pfizer Animal Health (Zoetis) and conducted food safety research in Zurich, Switzerland for two years, where she collaborated with an international, multidisciplinary team to develop new technologies to detect toxins in human food and animal feed.
During law school, Priscilla co-founded two organizations: Texas Parents Attending Law School and Texas Law Women’s Christian Fellowship. She was a member of the Student Recruitment and Orientation Committee and currently serves as an alumni representative for the class of 2016.
